Culinary and musical workshops
These courses are open to adults and children from the age of 13. Driven by experienced professionals, these internships will help you sharpen your musical and tasteful appetite. They last between two and five days.
In music, trainees have individual and group courses as well as M.A.O courses.* allowing them to record a cd with which they leave at the end of the internship. The repertoire ranges from environmental sound to classical music, jazz and your own compositions.
Foie gras, marinated salmon, autumn dishes, bread, pastries are on the programme of culinary workshops.
The internships are closed on the last day with a concert. A buffet made by the trainees is shared with the audience after the concert
